An open declaration for integrative, evidence-informed practice of human change. This manifesto is the founding document of Human Transformation Lab (Laboratorium Transformacji) — a living laboratory that integrates bodywork, breathwork, coaching, and other methods of transformation.

There has never been more help available.

Therapists, coaches, healers, apps, retreats, protocols, prescriptions.

And yet — real, lasting change feels out of reach for most people.

Something that happens to others. Not to us.

Why does transformation so often begin only after a life has already fallen apart?

This is the paradox we refuse to accept.

Why Change Fails

The fear of the pain of change is ancient and immense. It acts as a protector but functions as a prison. When someone finally breaks through that fear — usually because they had no choice left — they face a fragmented landscape: dozens of modalities, each addressing a piece of the puzzle, none holding the whole.

Conventional medicine offers years of medication that numbs the symptoms and dulls the taste of life — without touching the root cause.

Alternative traditions hold centuries of embodied wisdom — dismissed as unscientific by those who never tried them.

Both sides have spent more energy fighting each other than learning from each other.

We believe this war is over.

What We Believe

  1. The mind alone cannot change what the body holds.

Transformation requires the whole system: nervous system, emotions, cognition, breath, movement, and the way you live your days. These are not separate domains. They are one interconnected field.

  2. No single method holds the full answer.

Every method — from CBT to breathwork, from psychedelics to prayer, from Thai massage to somatic experiencing — illuminates a part of the human puzzle. We test them all. We commit to none as the only truth.

  3. Methods evolve. So should practitioners.

Each generation of healers refines what the previous one discovered. Faster, deeper, more precise. We honor lineage. We refuse stagnation.

  4. Neither pharma wants to poison you, nor shamans are performing theater.

Behind both stand centuries of accumulated practice, passed down through generations. The tragedy is not that either side exists — it is that they refuse to learn from each other.

  5. Practice over ideology. Results over allegiance.

We do not belong to a school. We belong to the question: what actually works, and for whom?

  6. If prayer helps, we want to understand why — and use it.

We are not limited by the dominant paradigm of naturalistic science. We are not opposed to it either. We stand at the crossroads and refuse to choose a side.

The Laboratory

The Human Transformation Lab is not a clinic. Not a retreat center. Not a school of thought.

It is a place where we collect methods of human transformation, experiment with them, and search for their optimal application. A place built to dissolve the resistance to change — before life has to break someone open first.

Here, the client is not a patient. The practitioner is not a guru. Both are experimenters. The laboratory belongs to everyone who enters it with honesty and courage.

The Invitation

If you are stuck — and the things you've tried haven't fully worked — this place was built for you. Not to fix you. To experiment alongside you until something shifts.

If you are a practitioner or researcher — and you have an open mind, welcome uncertainty, and want to challenge what you know in order to elevate it — this is your laboratory. Bring your methods. Test them against others. Find what is missing.

The Vision

We are building toward a world where the fear of change no longer paralyzes — and the desire to change is easy to fulfill.

Where academic scientists, through years of contemplative practice, understand how consciousness actually works. Where explorers of uncharted inner territories can design rigorous research.

Where the question is never "whose method is right?" — but "what does this person need, right now?"

Change is not a miracle. It is a practice — and we are building the laboratory for it.
